Dematic is looking for a Solution Development Program Manager to help advance innovative, competitive solutions for our Amazon business. In this role, you'll lead concept development, estimating, and implementation-ensuring alignment with Amazon's evolving needs.
As a Solution Development Program Manager supporting Dematic's Amazon business, you'll hold a meaningful role in crafting and delivering automation solutions that address complex technical and operational needs. You'll partner closely with the Amazon Strategic Innovation Team, collaborate across functions, and engage directly with Amazon collaborators to deliver high-impact results in a fast-paced environment.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $134,250 to $196,900 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:This is What You'll Do in this role:
  • Evaluate and define strategies to meet Amazon's automation and operational needs

  • Analyze cost and schedule impacts to guide decision-making and ensure successful execution

  • Present recommendations and compliance strategies to senior leadership

  • Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Engineering, and Solution Development to drive innovation and continuous improvement

  • Collaborate on the development of new tools, technologies, and standard work processes

  • Support Project Engineering in building scalable, competitive automation solutions

What We are Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

  • 8+ years of experience in automation, material handling, or a related industry

  • Strong program management approach with a focus on delivering results
