We're looking for a Strategic Development Program Trainee to join our team in Chatham, Canada. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated professional to gain comprehensive exposure across all facets of our organization through a structured, multi-phase development program. As a trainee, you will progress through carefully designed phases that will equip you with the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to identify your ideal career path within our dynamic organization.

  • Progress through a comprehensive 5-phase program designed to provide hands-on experience across all business functions
  • Phase 1 - Warehouse Logistics: Learn our product portfolio, supply chain operations, and understand how products move from vendor to customer while supporting all levels of sales operations
  • Phase 2 - Operations: Gain exposure to customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory controls, pricing strategies, credit management, and financial statement analysis
  • Phase 3 - Inside Sales/Project Management: Transition from customer support to managing complex projects and coordinating cross-functional initiatives
  • Phase 4 - Outside Sales/Account Management: Develop new business opportunities, execute sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and cultivate strong relationships with customers and vendors

Additional Information

Salary - $50,000 - $60,000 / Bi-Weekly Pay
