Salary: USD $157,000 - $165,000 per year
Relocation: Available nationwide

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to lead operations within the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab). This role is responsible for overseeing patient care delivery, managing clinical staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations while maintaining high standards of quality and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Cath Lab
  • Oversee patient care delivery and ensure adherence to clinical standards
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop nursing and support staff
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards
  • Implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes
  • Drive process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in patient care delivery

  • Minimum of two (2) years of leadership experience (with or without direct reports)
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon (required at hire)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Cath Lab (cardiac catheterization laboratory) experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (American Heart Association)
  • Certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) in a related practice area
