A leading electronics testing company is seeking a **ManufacturingTechnical Coordinator

**to support semiconductor integrated circuit (IC) sort operations within a high-tech production environment. This role is responsible for processing delicate chips and wafers, operating semi-automated sorting equipment, maintaining product quality standards, and supporting both production and R&D activities for internal and external customers.

Manufacturing Technical Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor computer-controlled and semi-automated sort equipment to accurately pick, sort, and process integrated circuits according to product documentation and engineering specifications.
  • Handle delicate chips and wafers in accordance with standardized procedures, ESD protocols, safety requirements, and strict quality standards to ensure product reliability and consistency.
  • Interpret product documentation, engineering instructions, and hardware specifications to support production activities, visual inspections, and equipment operation.
  • Collaborate with engineers, trainers, operators, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, communicate concerns through established channels, and support production and development objectives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by learning new processes, adapting to evolving technologies, and supporting operational efficiency within the manufacturing environment.

Manufacturing Technical Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, cleanroom, or related technical production environments.
