This position is based out of our Motor City MINI Cooper store in Southfield, Michigan. The ideal candidate has dealership experience, great phone skills, knowledge and understanding of sales, and the desire to grow professionally.

Essential Duties:

  • Answer customer calls and establish follow-up with sales appointments.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to internet and inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
  • Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
  • Follow up with leads that are not yet ready to make an appointment or no-show.
  • Coordinate follow-up with dealership associates and Sales Manager to ensure proper customer service/sales process.
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily to update prospect notes and organize follow-up.
