Job description

The Development Coordinator provides operational, analytical, and administrative support to the Development Department to advance Pregnancy Aid Clinic’s fundraising goals. This position is responsible for gift processing, donor database management, donor communications, reporting, event coordination, and major gift support while ensuring exceptional accuracy, confidentiality, and donor service.

The Development Coordinator utilizes Raiser’s Edge NXT and Microsoft Excel to maintain accurate donor records, prepare reports, analyze giving trends, and support strategic fundraising efforts. The successful candidate is proactive, organized, analytical, service-oriented, and takes ownership of projects from start to finish. This individual anticipates department needs, identifies opportunities for improvement, and consistently contributes to advancing Pregnancy Aid Clinic’s mission through collaboration, accountability, and a commitment to excellence. Only applicants with direct Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT experience will be considered for this position. Candidates without Blackbaud experience will not be considered.
