Summary (Position Description): The BITZER Sales Engineer/Business Development Associate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key accounts across North America. This role involves identifying business opportunities, supporting technical sales efforts, and executing strategies to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will report to the Director of US Sales and collaborate closely with BITZER Regional Sales Managers. This is a remote position requiring 50%-60% travel.

Reports To: Director of US Sales

Status: Full-time, Salary Exempt

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key OEM accounts, supporting business development efforts.
  • Travel up to 60% across North America to engage with clients and pursue new opportunities.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and conferences to promote BITZER’s products and solutions.
  • Identify and analyze market trends, including competitor activities and regulatory changes, to enhance business strategies.
  • Provide technical support and solutions to customers, ensuring product knowledge and application expertise.
  • Develop detailed reports to track progress, customer engagement, and business development efforts.
