This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Product Developer in Burlington, Massachusetts with Signify to be responsible for automation, software creation, and validation to provide key software development and support activities for our lighting products and enabling IoT Platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for creating the IoT Platform's CICD infrastructure and creating the CICD pipelines according to DevOps principles and contributing to operating the lighting and IoT Platform services after release.

  • Contribute to technological improvements through investigations and concepting.

  • Analyze and understand business requirements and identify potential cloud technology solutions.

  • Design and plan the implementation of the chosen solution and collaborate with various teams to ensure successful implementation.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the solution and make necessary adjustments.

  • Perform software engineering activities throughout the full software engineering lifecycle.

What you'll need- Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a closely related field and five (5) years of related experience required.

  • Experience must include the following DevOps principles:

    • AWS and Aliyun cloud infrastructure, including creating highly scalable and available cloud infrastructure solutions using the AWS portfolio of managed and unmanaged enabling services;

    • Configuration-as-code concepts in at least AWS and Aliyun Cloud;

    • Building and operating Kubernetes based solutions on AWS and Aliyun Cloud;

    • Delivering product quality implementations in Java and Python languages;

    • Building managed, automated, CICD infrastructure and CICD pipelines; and

    • Experience in cloud security technologies and building secure cloud-based solutions.

  • Telecommuting permitted.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Salary: $126,741.00 - $172,887.00
