Senior Full Stack Developer Anywhere | Contract-to-Hire | Remote Our client seeks a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead design and delivery of enterprise web applications across C#/.NET, Azure, SQL, and modern front end with Blazor. The role drives full lifecycle engineering, security, and performance for financial systems and integrations with ERP platforms. You will serve as a technical authority, mentor engineers, and ensure compliant, reliable solutions that support global operations.

Rate: $80.00 to $85.00/hr. W2 Responsibilities Design, architect, and deliver scalable full stack solutions using C# (.NET 6/7/8+), ASP.NET Core, REST/gRPC APIs, and Blazor. Own end-to-end feature delivery including requirements analysis, technical design, implementation, testing, peer review, and production release.

Build and maintain back-end services, API layers, business logic, data access, and event-driven components using Azure Service Bus and Event Grid. Develop responsive, accessible front-end interfaces aligned with UX standards and business needs. Apply SOLID principles, design patterns, clean architecture, and test-driven development.

Architect and operate cloud-native solutions on Azure including App Services, Functions, AKS/Container Apps, Logic Apps, and API Management. Implement Azure-native data and integration patterns with Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Service Bus. Automate infrastructure with Bicep, Terraform, or ARM and implement observability with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.

Build CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to enable automated testing, deployment, and release management. Design and optimize T‐SQL, stored procedures, views, and functions for SQL Server and Azure SQL Database. Perform query plan analysis, indexing, and execution optimization to meet performance SLAs.

Collaborate on data integration patterns, reporting pipelines, and data platform architecture. Integrate security best practices including OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect, RBAC, secret management with Azure Key Vault, and data encryption. Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to financial services and insurance operations.

Conduct architecture reviews, threat modeling, and security design assessments. Serve as a technical authority, mentor developers, and lead design workshops and governance sessions. Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and contribute to technical documentation and ADRs.

Design and implement integrations with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Build secure, reliable data exchange layers including real‐time APIs, batch interfaces, and event-driven pipelines for financial processes. Ensure data integrity and reconciliation across systems with validation, error handling, retry logic, and audit trails.

Support ERP upgrades, module rollouts, and platform migrations with end-to-end regression and integration testing. Engineer solutions in SOX-compliant environments with change controls, SoD, access governance, and comprehensive audit logging. Maintain control documentation including data flow diagrams, control matrices, and system boundary descriptions.

Lead root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews and maintain monitoring, alerting, and on-call readiness. Manage technical debt, prioritize refactoring and modernization, and support deployments with rollback strategies. Experience Requirements 10+ years of professional software engineering experience in full stack development within enterprise environments.

10+ years of hands‐on C# and .NET development including ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and middleware. 10+ years of SQL experience with T‐SQL, SQL Server, and Azure SQL including complex queries, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning. 10+ years of Microsoft Azure experience designing and implementing cloud-native applications using PaaS and serverless services.

Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise web applications from inception to production at scale. Experience integrating enterprise applications with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations via APIs, flat files, or middleware. Knowledge of SOX compliance requirements for IT systems including ITGC controls, audit logging, SoD enforcement, and SDLC change management documentation.

Experience delivering data pipelines with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and/or Microsoft Fabric. Familiarity with data lake architecture patterns, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, and OneLake. Experience with data governance tooling such as Microsoft Purview.

Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, clear communication, and demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring. Ownership mindset with focus on quality, security, and operational excellence. Microsoft Fabric experience (preferred).

Knowledge of IFRS or GAAP and related data model design and reconciliation logic (preferred). Experience in reinsurance, insurance, or financial services data domains (preferred). Experience designing SOX-compliant SDLC processes within Agile frameworks (preferred).

Microsoft certifications such as AZ‐204 or AZ‐305 (preferred). Familiarity with Domain‐Driven Design, CQRS, and event sourcing (preferred). Experience with Cosmos DB, Azure Synapse Analytics, or Azure Data Factory for data integration (preferred).

Familiarity with GraphQL, gRPC, or SignalR for advanced APIs and real-time communication (preferred). Contributions to open-source projects or reusable shared libraries (preferred). Experience in Agile/Scrum with SAFe or equivalent scaled agile frameworks (preferred).

Education Requirements Microsoft Azure certifications such as AZ‐204 (Azure Developer Associate) or AZ‐305 (Solutions Architect Expert) (preferred).
