We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Engineering Manager to oversee the maintenance and engineering operations of our hotel. This leadership role is vital in ensuring the property remains in excellent condition, providing a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff alike. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate all maintenance and engineering activities across the hotel property

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the optimal functioning of all equipment and facilities

- Manage maintenance staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations

- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations

- Respond promptly to maintenance issues and guest requests to minimize disruptions

- Monitor and control maintenance budgets and inventory of supplies and equipment

- Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs and improve guest experience
