FT Night positions available, $3/hr Night Shift Differential

Advanced Recovery Systems is a trusted, physician-led behavioral healthcare company dedicated to providing evidence-based, expert care for addiction and mental health conditions. We work with health care providers, organizations and individuals to connect those in need to life-saving addiction treatment and mental health support that repairs lives, families and the surrounding communities.

The Recovery Village Indianapolis (RVI) is an addiction treatment center with a continuum of care for anyone struggling with substance use disorders. 71 beds, 15 beds for Detox, 34 beds for Residential, and 22 beds for Partial Hospitalization Program/Intensive Outpatient Treatment.

The Registered Nurse performs a wide variety of job duties during a shift, caring for and educating patients about their medical and psychiatric conditions. Establishing trust and building rapport with patients and their families are key elements of this position. Works effectively with the facility leadership team to ensure success of the facility by completing the following:

Job Duties:

  • Complete documentation promptly and maintain medical records.
  • Administer medications and monitor detoxification process.
  • Transcribe Physician orders and implement Medical Protocols.
  • Collaborate with medical personnel and external resources.
  • Document patient services in compliance with licensure standards.
  • Assess medical and psychiatric needs, prioritize, and expedite treatment.
  • Communicate patient health concerns to appropriate staff and follow up.
  • Educate patients about medications and health conditions.
  • Take, document, and execute verbal orders accurately.
  • Provide routine nursing care under Nursing Director supervision.

Schedule: 3/12-hour shifts

Urgently Hiring: FT Nights (7p -7a)

Requirements

  • Minimum Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum two years' experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
  • Behavioral health experience preferred.
  • Licensed to practice in the State of licensure (RN), active and in good standing required
