We are seeking an experienced detail manager.  Compensation based on qualifications and job experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall workflow of the shop, ensuring timely completion of services.
  • Communicate job assignments clearly and efficiently to team members.
  • Order, track, and manage shop supplies and product inventory ensuring availability of products.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality control for all detailing services performed.
  • Ability to manage, train, and support the detailing team.
  • Strong understanding of the auto detailing procedures, tools, and products.
  • Prior experience working in a detailing shop or related automotive service environment.
  • Continuously assess operational workflows and propose adjustments to improve efficiency and service quality.
