  • Participate in local advertising and brand awareness efforts (e.g., networking events, distributing marketing materials)
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and manage crew members
  • Supervise multiple detailing crews (typically 2–4 people per team)
  • Ensure compliance with FAA Drug and Alcohol Testing Program requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Hard-working and dependable with a strong work ethic
  • Able to work independently and stay on top of daily responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable in high-pressure environments and able to make quick decisions
  • Strong social awareness and emotional intelligence
  • Adaptable and able to pivot quickly as needs and priorities change
  • Experience in team leadership, operations, or service-based industries preferred
  • Prior experience in aviation or detailing is a plus, but not required

Apply Today: If you’re ready to take the lead in a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same, we want to hear from you. Join a team that takes pride in quality, professionalism, and exceptional service.
