Flat Out Detailing is a premium mobile auto detailing company delivering high-end, white-glove service to vehicle owners across San Diego. We specialize in professional detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, interior restoration, and concierge-level customer experiences.

We are growing and looking for skilled, professional detailers who take pride in craftsmanship and customer service.

Position Overview

As an Automotive Mobile Detailer, you will perform high-quality mobile detailing services at customer homes, offices, and private facilities. You must be confident working independently, managing time efficiently, and delivering a premium experience from arrival to completion.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, understands premium service standards, and wants to grow with a fast-scaling automotive brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform full interior and exterior detailing services
  • Paint correction (1-step and multi-step)
  • Ceramic coating application
  • Shampooing, steam cleaning, and stain removal
  • Maintain detailing van cleanliness, inventory, and organization
  • Communicate professionally with customers before, during, and after service
  • Document before/after photos for company marketing
  • Upsell additional services when appropriate
  • Ensure consistent, high-end service standards

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years professional auto detailing experience
  • Experience with paint correction and polishing
  • Knowledge of proper chemical usage and paint safety
