Golden Mobile Detailing is a fast-growing mobile auto detailing company based in the Fox Valley area, proudly serving Appleton, Grand Chute, and surrounding communities.
We are currently hiring Full-Time Auto Detailers who are motivated, reliable, and ready to grow with our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to get into the automotive industry and learn professional detailing skills — including advanced services such as paint correction and ceramic coatings.
We are looking for team members who are comfortable working outdoors, enjoy hands-on work, and are confident communicating with customers.
Our team performs both mobile detailing services at customer homes and businesses, as well as in-shop detailing services.

Pay Structure:
  • Training Pay: $15/hour + Tips
  • Post-Training Pay: $20/hour + Tips
  • Commission Opportunities: Earn additional income by upselling services such as maintenance plans and add-ons.

Schedule:
  • Full-Time Position.
  • Weekend Availability Required.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform interior and exterior auto detailing services.
  • Vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, and deep interior cleaning.
  • Exterior hand washing and tire/rim cleaning.
  • Assist with mobile and in-shop detailing appointments.
  • Communicate professionally with customers on-site.
  • Educate customers about maintenance programs and additional services.
  • Upsell services when appropriate.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18+ and graduated from high school.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Ability to communicate with customers professionally.
