Serra Ford Farmington Hills is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Auto Detailer to join our fast-paced, high-performing team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning, detailing, and prepping vehicles to ensure they are presented in top condition for our customers, including both new and pre-owned inventory. Your attention to detail and dedication to quality will help maintain our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Clean, detail, and prep vehicles for customer delivery and showroom display

  • Perform interior and exterior detailing: vacuuming, washing, waxing, polishing, and shampooing

  • Ensure vehicles meet dealership and manufacturer standards for cleanliness and presentation

  • Operate detailing tools and equipment safely and efficiently

  • Assist with vehicle organization and light lot duties as needed

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

  • Work closely with service, sales, and delivery teams to meet daily deadlines

Requirements
