Job description
Blasius Kia is seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Watertown, CT. This role is essential in providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Responsibilitie- Perform general administrative duties including answering phones, managing correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory management.
- Support other departments with various clerical tasks as needed.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Previous experience in an administrative or similar role preferred.
- Competitive hourly wage of $19.00 - $21.00 paid weekly.
