Crox Detailing delivers premium auto detailing services with a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee our daily operations and lead our team of detailing technicians.
Job Summary
The Shop Manager will oversee all aspects of our detailing facility operations, including staff management, scheduling, quality control, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of auto detailing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily shop operations and workflow.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate detailing staff.
  • Create and maintain staff schedules to optimize productivity.
  • Implement and enforce quality control standards.
  • Manage inventory of detailing supplies and equipment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and concerns.
  • Oversee vehicle check-in/check-out processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare operational reports and track key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with sales team to coordinate service delivery.
  • Accurately Report CarFax Registrations.

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in auto detailing or automotive services.
  • 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
