We're seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Auto Detail Manager to lead our detailing department and ensure every new, used, and customer vehicle meets our high standards of excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the detailing department.
  • Lead, train, schedule, and motivate the detailing team.
  • Maintain high-quality detailing standards for all vehicles.
  • Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet dealership expectations.
  • Coordinate workflow with Sales and Service departments to meet deadlines.
  • Monitor inventory and detailing supplies as needed.
