What You’ll Do:

As an IT Support Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our systems running efficiently and helping the business operate at peak performance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions.
  • Staying current with IT and process advancements to modernize and automate systems.
  • Performing requirements analysis, documenting findings, and communicating results to teams and management.
  • Collaborating closely with clients, technicians, and management to ensure business needs are met.
  • Supporting, administering, and training on business systems, including CRM, Office 365, Azure, analytics tools, and other third-party software.
  • Conducting quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and project management for IT initiatives.
  • Gathering critical information from meetings, generating reports, and providing actionable insights.
  • Prioritizing initiatives, managing competing resources, and ensuring timely delivery of projectss

What We’re Looking For:

  • Associate Degree in a relevant field and/or 3+ years of business/systems analysis experience.
  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and inquisitive mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Excellent technical skills, including SQL and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience creating reports, presentations, and process documentation.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work with them to determine optimal solutions.
  • Willingness to travel (~10%) and lift items up to 50 lbs.
