Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

About the Role
We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide Tier 1/2 technical support at our Plaquemine plant. This role involves supporting users with desktops and laptops, troubleshooting hardware and connectivity issues, installing applications, responding to help desk requests, deploying and recovering equipment, and baselining new computers for deployment.

  • Must obtain or currently possess TWIC safety certification
