Are you considering a career in technology and looking for experience? Maybe you are taking technology courses or pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field and need experience to supplement your classroom knowledge? Jackson Healthcare is seeking a Part-Time Desktop & Mobility Support Associate to assist our Support team for 6 months (with option to extend) with procuring, configuring and deploying end user systems. Part-Time Desktop and Mobility Support responsibilities include configuring and deploying end user mobility devices (Laptops, Tablets, Phones). To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who's able to earn our clients' trust. You should be familiar with popular operating systems and have the ability to work with minimal supervision. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a department that offers excellent customer support during all deployments of new and replacement hardware.

This role is fully onsite (not hybrid) in our Alpharetta, GA office and will run for 6 months (with option to extend) from date of hire.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


Image computers and perform post configurations
Setup desks for end users (Monitors, docking stations)
Deploy computers to end users and ensure all applications/files have been migrated
Work with Dell support to coordinate warranty replacements
Update our inventory systems as systems change ownership.

Work with Support Center department to assist with support incidents/requests
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Deploy cell phones using mobile device management. (New and Upgrade)

QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS:
High school diploma required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Adaptability: Ability to embrace change and shift focus when unexpected work arises.

Time Management: Ability to use discernment to prioritize tasks and decide what to focus on to maximize impact.

Customer Service: Ability to actively seek to understand the needs of others and provide a positive experience that addresses their needs, questions, and concerns.

Onsite (not hybrid) in Alpharetta, GA office

Hours/days can be flexible and will be worked out with manager; 8:30AM-5:30PM weekdays; up to 28 hours/week
