Description
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Maintain functionality of all Desktop/Laptop related activities. Maintain Line Side Labeling system. Maintain Help Desk Activities (Tier I, II, III). Provide support in relation to the specific responsibilities listed below.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Essential Functions Statement(s)
• Support all desktop operating systems and applications including but not limited to Windows 10/11, Office M365, Line Side Labeling System, etc.
• Configure/Install all new computers (desktop and laptop)
• Support Associates through Helpdesk activities (Tier I, II, III).
• Support video conference activities.
• Support all Desktop/Laptop, scale, thermal printer, and handheld scanner hardware issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all hardware and software license agreements.
• Conduct new hire orientation training for all new/promoted associates that will be accessing the computer network for the first time and continuing education for all associates.
• Support emerging specialty systems (Novar eclectic monitoring, MTS test works, CNC, wastewater treatment monitoring, etc.)
• Support Line Side Labeling system through upgrades, troubleshooting, and pro-active upgrades.
Requirements
DESCRIPTION OF QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Associate's Degree (two-year college or technical school), or equivalent years in work experience
Experience: 2 plus years of experience Computer Skills: Windows 10/11, Office M365, General Troubleshooting, Wi-Fi, General TCP/IP and network functionality. C# experience a plus.
