About the role
We're looking for a Product Designer to support the growth and adoption of our design system across
web and mobile. This role focuses on building, maintaining, and documenting components, while
helping ensure consistent usage across the product.

You'll work closely with the design systems workstream and cross-functional partners to translate
system standards into scalable, usable outputs.

What you'll do

Component development & maintenance
● Build and maintain Figma components using established design system standards
● Ensure components include complete variants, states, and properties
● Apply tokens consistently across components

Documentation & guidance
● Translate design system decisions into clear, usable documentation
● Create lightweight references for component anatomy, states, and behaviors
● Support token-to-component mapping for improved clarity and reuse

Design QA & support
● Review product designs for alignment with design system standards
● Identify inconsistencies and recommend system-aligned solutions
● Partner with designers to support implementation and iteration

Audit & migration support
● Audit product UI to identify opportunities for standardization
● Support migration from legacy patterns to design system components
● Help consolidate redundant or inconsistent patterns

AI prototyping workflows
● Prepare inputs (screenshots, annotations, context) for AI-generated prototypes
● Assist in refining outputs to align with design system standards
● Support development of repeatable workflows for scalable prototyping

What we're looking for

Core skills & mindset
● Strong experience building and maintaining components in Figma (variants, properties, auto
layout)
● High attention to detail and consistency in visual and interaction design
● Comfortable working within established systems and applying standards accurately
● Ability to take defined patterns and execute them cleanly and thoroughly
● Collaborative and responsive when working with designers and engineers

Experience
● ~2–5 years of experience in product design or a related field (or equivalent hands-on
experience)
● Experience working with component-based design systems or design libraries
● Familiarity with developer handoff or front-end constraints

Nice to have
● Exposure to token-based design systems
● Interest in improving workflows and scaling design system adoption
● Curiosity about AI-assisted design or prototyping workflows

How you'll work
● Partner closely with the design systems workstream to support system adoption
● Collaborate with product designers and engineers to ensure consistency
● Contribute to a system that supports both current product needs and future evolution

If you do not meet all the requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply! No job description is perfect, and we may also have another opportunity that aligns with your skills and experience.
