The individual will serve as the Pratt & Whitney F119 Aircraft Mounted Sidewall (AMNS) Project Manager working directly with our AMNS customer The Boeing Company. The AMNS system is part of the Lockheed Martin F-22 Raptor supporting the USAF mission.
What You Will Do
  • Oversee AMNS Production Line Restart (PLR) effort by managing project cost, schedule, and risks
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with The Boeing Company as well as P&W internal support organizations
  • Integrate across Engineering, Industrial, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing to successfully deliver AMNS structure assemblies on time
  • Support customer business calls, program management reviews, status calls, and produce program status reports
  • Manage suppliers by addressing any roadblocks/risks, leading meeting cadence to ensure milestones are met
  • Support AMNS Program Manager on contract mods, contractual delivery, and statement of work efforts related to PLR effort
  • Provide earned value management oversight as L3

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8 years of aerospace experience or an advanced degree with 5 years of aerospace experience
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
