Position Overview
The Manager, Supply Network Design & Operations, PTB, Device & Floss leads new product development, network strategy design, and global sourcing strategies for Powered Toothbrushes, Interdental Toothbrushes, Whitening Device and Dental Floss globally. This role is responsible for designing global supply network strategies to achieve optimal cost structures, leveraging EMs, driving Funding the Growth (FTG) program, leading Budget and Mid-Year Review (MYR) process alignments, and establishing robust supply chain contingency plans. In this role the key cross-functional partners include EOC Marketing, R&D, Global Engineering, Global Packaging, Division Net Ops teams, Regulatory & Quality, Procurement, and Finance.
Responsibilities:
  • New Product Development management: Main support from development to manufacturing execution of all new projects for powered toothbrush and dental floss (including interdentals and devices), Collaborate with Business partners, Global cross functional teams, and Division E2E Supply Chain teams on global core innovations .Set priority for sourcing requirements (responsible for allocation, volume distribution across) Develop high-level product launch timeline inclusive of all sourcing and technical elements and oversee the implementation Develop and maintain a prioritization grid of Global New Products. Lead weekly calls with both External Manufacturers (Perident & Hi-P) for all current and future projects.
  • Product Sourcing: Support the development of Global Sourcing Strategies to deliver lower cost supply structure while aligning with the commercial needs. Lead the relationships with major Global EMs - HiP and Perident (costing, business relationship, strategy). Global Facilitator of problem solving for: Hi-P: China External Manufacturer for Powered Toothbrushes and device, Perident: Malaysia External Manufacturer for Dental Floss and Interdental TBs.
  • Capacity Management: Maintain Global Capacity Reports to provide updated information on each facility's short and long term capacity plans. Ensure Supply Chain sourcing plan provides adequate capacity and capability to support future business growth. Coordinate efforts to develop Supply Chain Contingency Plan that is actionable to avoid business disruption.
  • Funding the Growth (FTG): Identify global savings opportunities for Power TB, Devices and Floss through product sourcing, material transition and simplification initiatives Lead the meeting calls (both for EMs and internal) Work with Procurement, R&D and EM for execution. Maintain the FTG database, main point of contact on any new project globally (address doubts, supports to Finance, new initiatives)
  • EM Capital Investment Strategy: Align capacity planning and new product pipelines with capital requirements at External Manufacturers (EMs), work together with GSC Engineering, to secure funds / CEB.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify within the scope of work of NetOps or other Cross Functional areas, solutions to be implemented (lead, get consensus and implement directly or indirectly)
  • Aligning with all policies and standards and and performing other relevant duties aligned with this role.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience with a University degree or 4+ years of relevant experience with a Masters/MBA degree
  • Strong Project Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP Proficiency
  • Good Analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $109,600.00 - $155,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
