  • Build and maintain integrated program timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Develop macro-level project plans across vehicle programs
  • Define milestone expectations in partnership with Design Managers and stakeholders

UX Prototyping & Model Coordination

  • Align resources, schedules, and internal/external stakeholders to deliver end-to-end prototype builds, from concept through validation
  • Enable integration of software (HMI/UI) and hardware components into cohesive experiences

Stakeholder & Communication Management
  • Serve as the central coordination point between Design, Engineering, and Fabrication teams
  • Structure and maintain clear program communications, reporting, and documentation
  • Align stakeholders on priorities, risks, and program status
  • Support Design Leadership with planning and execution

Operations & Process Optimization
  • Identify and implement improvements to UX workflows, prototyping processes, and cross-functional alignment
  • Drive continuous improvement across planning, resourcing, and prototype delivery

Support scalable, repeatable processes for physical and digital build execution
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, product development, design operations, or related roles
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level storytelling

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA and/or advanced degree
  • Experience in automotive, industrial design, or fabrication environments
