The opportunity At Atos, our Bid Managers are pursuit leaders who blend process discipline with creativity and insight. You will orchestrate complex, multi-tower bids where AI, digital tools, and human expertise come together to deliver compelling, compliant, and winning proposals. This is a visible role within Strategic Sales, responsible for driving the entire bid lifecycle from qualification and planning through proposal submission, negotiation, and handover.

What you will do

  • Lead and orchestrate bids
  • Own the end-to-end bid management process across qualification, planning, submission, and handover.
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams (sales, solution, finance, legal, delivery) through tight timelines and shifting priorities.
  • Govern the proposal plan, risk register, and quality reviews to maintain control and compliance through each pursuit phase.
  • Shape and execute winning strategies
  • Collaborate with Sales and Solution Directors to define win themes, pricing strategy, and value messaging.
  • Leverage AI tools for data-driven competitor analysis, content reuse, and proposal optimization. Support storytelling and executive messaging to ensure coherence between solution, pricing, and client narrative.
  • Drive quality and compliance Use AI-assisted validation to track dependencies, review requirements, and identify risks.
  • Manage governance checkpoints and internal approvals with precision. Ensure each proposal meets legal, commercial, and brand standards.
  • Lead the team and foster excellence Direct and motivate bid teams of 10 to 50 members through all phases.
