Job Title: Commercial Interior Design Manager - Multi Family Location: Mission, KS Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 Contractor Work Model: Onsite

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of interior spaces for multi-family residential projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and company standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver comprehensive design solutions on time and within budget.
  • Manage project teams, delegate tasks, and oversee design execution from concept through construction.
  • Develop and present design proposals, renderings, and presentation materials to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all designs comply with safety, building codes, and accessibility standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovative design techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Previous experience managing interior design projects within the multi-family residential sector.
  • Strong proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar.
