Job description

Salary:

Project Superintendentswork directly with Project Managers and are responsible to manage all project activities in the field, including customer relations in a primarily design/build setting. Project Supervisors assist Project Managers in the assembly of and direction of the field operations including in-house crew resources, equipment, and subcontractors. Project Superintendents control the pace of the project schedule, and participate directly in QC matters, and safety initiatives. Project Superintendents participate actively in project field meetings, provide and review detailed weekly schedules, work with Project Managers to ensure purchased materials arrive to the site timely, and are responsible for daily activity reporting on the site. This position will be based on projects located in Milwaukee, WI.


Successful candidate will be well versed in verbal and written communications, & MS Office at a minimum. Candidate should have familiarity with construction terminology and documentation. Minimum 5 years experience in Project Coordination, Supervisory, Foreman, or related field. Minimum Associates degree in the Construction trade is preferred but not required. Candidate must be experienced in multi family developments.
