Job description

We are seeking an experienced Dermatology Practice Manager to oversee our daily clinic operations, champion a positive team culture, and optimize patient care.

This is an exciting time to join us! Alongside our established dermatology clinic, we are launching a brand-new Mohs Surgery Center. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in opening this new space, leading and mentoring staff, collaborating with providers, and maximizing overall practice productivity.

Schedule: Monday through Friday (on-site)

Compensation: $62,000-$68,000 base plus monthly bonus

What You'll Do:

- Oversees the operations of the practice and Mohs Surgery Center in order to ensure that continuous, quality, accurate, timely and cost-effective services are provided

- Collaborates with providers and other departments to ensure a high-quality patient experience

- Provides effective leadership and promotes teamwork both internally and externally. Develops goals and performance expectations for staff.

- Responsible for patient relations and works collaboratively with professional staff and other departments to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction

- Development and implementation of continuous quality improvement and monitoring on an ongoing basis to meet the mission, goals and objectives of the practice

Skills and Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of dermatology manager experience and leading a team is required

- Knowledge of dermatology medical terminology and insurance practices is required

- Medical Assistant Certification is preferred

- Ability to communicate constructively, clearly, and effectively with patients, other departments, and the medical staff

- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and direct the work of others

- Experience with EzDerm helpful
