Department Assistant - Noninvasive Cardiology
FULL-TIME / BENEFIT ELIGIBLE - MUNSTER LOCATION
POSITION PURPOSE AND SUMMARY
Under the general direction of the Director/Manager, the Department Assistant performs clerical duties relating to in-patient and outpatient paper flow, filing, scheduling examinations, answers multi-line phones, and releasing reports. Helps maintain the steady workflow of the studies performed in the department.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
  • High Scholl graduate or equivalent.
  • Typing, computer technology, medical terminology are preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year secretary, medical assistant, nurse assistant, or physician office/clinical/hospital preferred.
