Job Summary:
BigRio is a Boston-based AI and digital transformation firm building a next-generation AI dental platform that processes and enhances 3D STL/Mesh models for clinical accuracy and real-time performance. They are looking for an LLM Engineer with a strong background in dental research, 3D data, and AI/ML engineering to join their global R&D team and work on various AI-powered projects.
Responsibilities:
• AI-powered mesh denoising, surface reconstruction, and correction
• Maintaining anatomical and topological accuracy for clinical workflows
• Building scalable cloud-edge systems with GPU acceleration
• Ensuring HIPAA-compliant data security
• Collaborating with cross-functional AI teams to deliver a live prototype
Qualifications:
Required:
• Master's/PhD in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Dental Informatics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML (LLMs, 3D geometry, point clouds, or mesh processing)
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
Preferred:
• Experience with digital dentistry or medical imaging is a strong plus
