Naperville Dental Specialists is hiring for a Full-Time Dental Hygienist to join the team!

As a clinical provider and patient advocate, you'll be given all the resources you need to provide exceptional care, while expanding your clinical skillset. You'll work in an environment that encourages full clinical autonomy, backed by the ability to tap into a hygiene mentor program.

Schedule

  • Monday 7:30am-5:00pm
  • Tuesday 8:30am-6:00pm
  • Wednesday OFF
  • Thursday 7:30am-4:00pm
  • Friday 7:30am-2:00pm

About Naperville Dental Specialists

Our multi-specialty practice offers general, cosmetic and implant dentistry in the heart of downtown Naperville under the guidance of board-certified prosthodontist Dr. Anthony LaVacca. In addition to Dr. LaVacca, we have a board-certified endodontist, numerous general dentists, a board-certified dental anesthesiologist and a board-certified oral surgeon on staff.

Our friendly, professional team can protect, restore and rejuvenate smiles, while offering the most coordinated, comprehensive approach to care possible.

Responsibilities

  • Provide thorough dental cleanings and preventive care to patients
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and best dental care practices
  • Perform periodontal charting and assessments
  • Take digital x-rays and assist in diagnosing dental conditions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Dentrix
  • Ensure a comfortable and positive patient experience
  • Collaborate with the dental team to provide high-quality care
  • Stay current on best practices and advancements in dental hygiene

Qualifications

  • Active Dental Hygienist license in Illinois
  • Local Anesthesia and Nitrous certification
  • New graduates and experienced hygienists welcome!
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
  • Patient care experience and a passion for providing exceptional service
