General Dentist โ€“ Bakersfield, CA

Established Patient Base | Clinical Autonomy | Long-Term Growth

We're seeking an experienced General Dentist who is passionate about comprehensive patient care and wants to build a long-term career with a supportive, collaborative team.

Schedule

  • Three-day work week to start
  • Flexible Friday scheduling
  • Opportunity to expand your schedule over time

Compensation & Benefits

  • Negotiable daily guarantee or 30% of collections (whichever is greater) during the first six months
  • Tiered production model after six months with increased earning potential

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, restorative procedures, crowns, and preventive care
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
  • Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to provide outstanding patient experiences

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active California Dental License (or eligibility)
  • 3โ€“5+ years of clinical experience
  • Strong treatment planning and comprehensive dentistry skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to ethical, patient-focused care
