Job Title: Coord Provider Network

Location: Raleigh, NC 27617
Shift: Standard
Duration: 3 Months (Possible Extensions & Conversion)
Pay rate: $24-26.00/hr
Duties:
  • Making calls to Provider offices, reading from a script, and documenting in an excel spreadsheet.
  • Reviewing Provider demographic data for accuracy.
 
The primary purpose of the job is to:
  • Responsible for review of Provider demographic management which includes additions, deletions or
  • Proficient in Excell, Google, and using a Healthcare Provider Directory
  • Excellent communication skills on the phone
  • Some knowledge of healthcare / and or requesting appointment scheduling
 
Education: 
  • High School/GED
  • Associate’s Degree - preferred
