Role Overview The Senior Manager, Demo Specialist Lead owns the strategy, growth, and performance of the demo business within MAP. This role is responsible for driving demo revenue, shaping go to market approach, and leading a team of specialists to deliver high impact, scalable programs. Demo solutions span in store, digital, and sampling experiences, and are a critical component of MAP's full funnel offering. This role influences and scales demo revenue, operating with shared goals and close partnership across Sales and Account Management. As both a strategic leader and hands on operator, you will partner closely with Sales, Account Management, and Operations to position demos as a core, revenue driving solution for suppliers. You will define how demos are sold, executed, and measured while ensuring they deliver measurable value and continued growth. What you'll do...
  • Drive demo revenue performance, pipeline, adoption, and growth across supplier segments
  • Define and evolve demo strategy, including positioning, packaging, and integration into MAP campaigns
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management leadership to shape go to market strategy, influence pitches, and drive shared demo revenue goals
  • Identify and scale new revenue opportunities, use cases, and vertical specific strategies
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Demo Specialists, setting clear priorities, building capabilities, and driving accountability to revenue and operational KPIs
  • Oversee the end to end demo lifecycle from strategy through execution, reporting, and billing, ensuring quality, consistency, and client satisfaction
  • Build and scale standardized processes that improve efficiency while supporting client needs
  • Partner cross functionally with Client Success, Operations, and third party teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery
  • Identify and resolve operational gaps to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability
  • Serve as the central leader for all demo related initiatives, aligning Sales, Account Management, and Operations
  • Partner with Measurement and Analytics to enhance reporting, insights, and performance storytelling
  • Define and track KPIs, delivering clear insights on demo performance, revenue impact, and growth opportunities
  • Translate performance data into actionable recommendations that inform future strategy
  • Contribute to QBRs and annual planning, ensuring demos are positioned as a core growth driver

  • 8+ years of experience in account management, sales, retail media, or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience leading others, with a hands on leadership style
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and influencing go-to-to-market strategy
  • Experience with retail media, experiential marketing, or in store programs preferred
  • Strong understanding of cross functional workflows across Sales, Account Management, and Operations
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale processes in a growing business
