The services you will provide the Deloitte project team: As an IT Project Manager Contractor, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Coordinate meetings and ensure stakeholder alignment. Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies. Monitor progress and provide regular status updates. Ensure timely, within-scope, and budget-compliant project delivery.


Project Manager with 15+ years of experience. The candidate needs to be knowledgeable about SAP CPQ and understand the lead-to-cash process. The client is looking for a project manager that can manage a team for implementing a Phone bot and Chat bot using Genesys software for client''s contact center team globally. The candidate should have experience in the High Tech industry and willing to work out of client’s Santa Clara office 5 days a week


the candidate will need to be onsite for meetings in the morning; in addition, there may be some evening phone calls with the India team (that can be taken from home). These calls are possible to be changed to the mornings as well once the candidate is onboarded and begins.
