Job Summary:

The role of Senior Consultant in Cyber Project Management involves managing multiple projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring effective communication to align project goals with broader mission objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Requires strong project management discipline and ability to manage multiple concurrent efforts in a dynamic environment
• Coordinate with mission system owners and stakeholders to support cyber solution integration
• Develop and manage project plans and track progress from initial assessment through deployment
• Drive stakeholder communication to align scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Identify and help resolve integration challenges
• Support strategic planning by aligning deployment activities to broader mission objectives
• Help keep execution on track across shifting priorities and timelines
• Brings experience in project management, stakeholder communication, strategic planning, and cyber operations, cybersecurity, or similar programs
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's and 3 years of professional experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or SCI eligibility
• This role has a requirement to be onsite 5 days a week in Colorado Springs, CO.
• 3+ years of experience with the follow: Experience in project management, stakeholder coordination, and strategic planning
• Experience supporting cyber operations, cybersecurity, or technology programs
• Experience managing project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deployment activities
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and resolving integration issues in mission-driven environments
