Consultant, Product Innovation
Deloitte Greenhouse - Experiential Space & Technology (XST)
Deloitte's Greenhouse specializes in cultivating relationships with our most senior clients and delivering elevated client experiences. The Experiential Space and Technology team is one of the innovation engines within Deloitte Greenhouse, dedicated to evolving capabilities in technology, content, media, and physical space for our practitioners and leaders throughout the firm.
You will be part of the broader Experiential Space and Technology portfolio, with leadership responsibility for the growing software and product development ecosystem that supports the Reimagined Deloitte Greenhouse, Deloitte University (DU), flagship experiences, and specialty experiences. The Consultant will lead product development and management activities across the portfolio, with a focus on roadmap prioritization, implementation leadership, release readiness, enablement, and adoption of product updates and new tools. From backlog refinement and business requirement tracking to launch coordination, rollout communications, testing support, and KPI reporting, this role will help ensure products are introduced effectively and managed consistently over time.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, strong communication skills (written and verbal), PowerPoint capability, comfort working across product updates and releases, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and influence outcomes.
Work you'll do

  • Driving the implementation of new products, features, and enhancements across flagship and specialty experiences
  • Leading backlog refinement and helping maintain structured prioritization processes tied to business needs and strategic goals
  • Documenting business requirements, enhancement requests, use cases, product decisions, and release impacts
  • Overseeing release readiness activities, including documentation, testing coordination, launch planning, and deployment support
  • Developing and maintaining enablement materials to help internal teams adopt new products and product updates
  • Leading communication plans for product launches, enhancements, changes, and feature introductions impacting internal teams
  • Coordinating with product, experience, and technology stakeholders to prepare teams for successful rollout and ongoing use
  • Maintaining an inventory of software products, in-development solutions, and planned enhancements in alignment with the broader technology portfolio
  • Tracking roadmaps, sprint cycles, release milestones, implementation status, and adoption metrics
  • Monitoring KPIs related to development velocity, release progress, adoption, and portfolio performance
  • Producing executive-ready reporting decks that provide clarity into product progress, implementation activities, and future-state planning
  • Partnering with specialty teams such as Next Generation Academies and Modular Transition Lab, as well as partners such as CS&G Digital
  • Engaging in regular communication with and reporting to the team
  • Maintaining clear records of communications, requirements, releases, and actions taken
  • Coordinating meetings, decision forums, and follow-ups as needed
The successful candidate would also possess these skills:
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
  • Ability to lead projects or workstreams
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to others
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Very strong PowerPoint, storytelling, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence, coach, and build consensus
  • Detail-oriented, especially in product management, business analysis, and release coordination
  • Familiarity with backlog management, roadmap tracking, release coordination, and project tracking tools
  • Comfort leading implementation, testing, enablement, and rollout communications for technology or software products
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel as needed, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience leading software products, internal platforms, or digital tools
  • Experience with process reengineering
  • Familiarity with Agile product development, sprint cycles, and release management
  • Experience creating enablement or adoption materials for internal users
  • Data analysis and KPI tracking
