Full-Time Deli Manager -King of Prussia, PA (coming soon)!

Uncle Giuseppe's Marketplace is seeking aFull-Time Deli Manager for our "soon to arrive" gourmet store in King of Prussia, PA. Lead our Deli Team, oversee daily operations, and ensure every customer enjoys top-quality service and fresh, delicious products.

Your Role:

  • Manage daily operations of the Deli Department, including hiring, training, and supervising staff

  • Oversee employee duties such as cutting, serving, packaging, and other counter functions

  • Maintain product storage, rotation, and labeling to prevent spoilage and ensure accurate pricing

  • Schedule and assign work to team members, monitoring performance and providing coaching

  • Track inventory and maintain stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock

  • Respond to customer and employee queries or complaints professionally

  • Operate food preparation machines and equipment safely

  • Receive, unload, and stock food items

  • Ensure the deli area is clean, safe, and organized

  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a deli as an Assistant Manager or Manager
