The Cheese Shop in Concord, MA is looking for a passionate and friendly Deli Counter associate to join our team! Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers at the deli counter with sandwiches, product selection, recommendations, and custom orders
  • Slice, wrap, and package meats and specialty deli items to order
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked deli counter display
  • Handle food preparation tasks in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Receive and rotate deli inventory, checking for freshness and proper storage
Requirements:
  • Prior deli, food service, or specialty food retail experience preferred but NOT necessary 
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn food safety and sanitation best practices
