Job description

Staff of Life DELI- Pre Pack

PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE:

  1. Follow all health, safety and sanitation laws, rules, & guidelines
  2. Read and follow recipes and instructions from supervisor and taste finished product to ensure quality
  3. Arrange and rotate product in pre pack and salad bar areas according to FIFO (first in first out)
  4. Display signs and product in the grab and go and salad bar sections in an appealing manner
  5. Be able to lift 50lbs from the ground
  6. Be able to work and/or cross train to any station
  7. Clean and sanitize working tools and areas during and before finishing shift
  8. Be aware of the concepts of the “danger zone” and proper cooking temperatures for fish, meats, poultry, and vegetables

IDEAL ATTRIBUTES
