What You'll DoAs a Deli Manager, you'll oversee daily deli operations and team performance:
  • Lead, coach, and develop deli team members to deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage day-to-day operations including food preparation, production, and execution
  • Create schedules aligned with business needs and labor targets
  • Order, receive, and manage inventory; ensure proper rotation, labeling, and storage
  • Monitor product quality, freshness, and consistency
  • Complete required reporting including inventory, spoilage, sales, and labor tracking
  • Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards are consistently followed
  • Maintain deli cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance
  • Respond to customer concerns and ensure a positive experience
  • Train new employees on Freshies standards, procedures, and expectations
