Job description

The Role: The Business Development Representative in the US Events Organization is a sales position that will be a remote role.  The role exists selling to C-Level Executives, Law Firm Partners, and General Counsel's across the Law.com portfolio of Events including Legalweek, General Counsel Conferences Series, and Women, Influence & Power in Law. The position has an annual sales goal of approximately $850,000 - $1,000,000 with an average sale of $1K-$10K.
This role is salary + uncapped commission
The Team: The US Delegate Sales Team is looking for a new addition. We are focused on team orientation, motivated with incentives, and a positive cooperative work environment. All the tools to reach sales goals are provided, including weekly sales training sessions, to help sales associates improve their skills and technique. We are a motivated, welcoming community that works together and works hard, and we are looking forward to our new team member.
Meet and exceed revenue goals
Manage the sales process from initial client contact through post-sale follow up
Identify and engage with prospects through outbound sales efforts using Nooks AI power dialer
Utilize SalesForce, Groove, and Salesloft tools to forecast, track and report sales activity
Build relationships at all levels within client organizations
60% new clients, 40% retaining existing accounts
Spanish bilingual skills preferred
Bachelor's Degree required
1-3 years of sales experience in Events
Must have experience with Sales Enablement tools such as Nooks, Gong, Salesloft, Groove or Outreach.
Proven track record of achieve goals in a commission environment
Someone who understands "End to End" Sales Process
Experience in finding and selling to new accounts
Ability to build and maintain effective and lasting relationships
Coachable and open minded

Excellent communication and presentation skills
