Description
We're looking for an Office Manager who brings both operational excellence and energy to our Atlanta office. This role goes beyond traditional office management: you'll be a key driver of our in-office experience, helping create an environment where people feel connected, supported, and excited to be part of Thought Logic.
You'll own the day-to-day operations that keep the office running smoothly, while also playing a central role in building our culture through events, engagement, and connection across offices. If you're someone who notices the details, anticipates needs, and genuinely enjoys bringing people together, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Office Operations
  • Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a seamless and welcoming environment
  • Order and maintain office supplies, snacks, beverages, and other workplace essentials
  • Coordinate with vendors, building management, and service providers
  • Own office organization, cleanliness, and overall experience for employees and visitors
  • Support onboarding logistics for new hires (workspace setup, welcome experience, etc.)

Employee Experience & Engagement
  • Help plan and execute in-office events, team gatherings, celebrations, and engagement initiatives
  • Partner with HR and employee engagement committees to bring culture-building ideas to life
  • Help create meaningful in-office moments that encourage connection and collaboration
  • Support recognition efforts, milestones, and special programs

Cross-Office Connection
  • Act as a connector between our Atlanta office and other Thought Logic locations
