Job description

You will be the Financial Mgmt Staff 1LMX Lead for F&BO for the Integrated Air & Missile Defense Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) team. With an exciting transition into a brand new tool suite for our financial management and forecasting, the Integrated Air & Missile Defense Line of Business within Missiles and Fire Control is looking for a Tools lead (internally referred to as 1LMX ambassador) for the line of business. Our team is responsible for transitioning to a brandnew financialmanagement tool suite, driving datacleansing, conversion, validation, training development, and processimprovement initiatives across the IAMD line of business.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Financial Mgmt Staff 1LMX Lead for F&BO you will be responsible for serving as the primary liaison for the IAMD LoB, identifying knowledge gaps, developing solutions, and testing the new tool suite prior to full release.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Identify knowledge gaps and design solutions to address them.

  • Collaborate crossfunctionally to drive process improvements and tool adoption.

  • Assist with data cleansing, conversion, and validation activities.

  • Support the development and delivery of training for the new system conversion.

  • Test tool enhancements and provide feedback to ensure a smooth rollout.
