SUMMARY

The Business Systems Intern will support the Business Operations team in maintaining and improving enterprise business systems used to support aerospace manufacturing operations. They will be assigned a Business Systems Administrator mentor and will have time approved by Business Systems Leadership.


The intern will assist with system administration, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives within Epicor ERP and related databases. This role is ideal for students interested in ERP systems, business analytics, and the intersection of technology and manufacturing operations within the aerospace industry.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • None


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support ongoing ERP and business systems projects including system improvements and process automation
  • Assist with the development of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decision making.
  • SQL / database querying
  • Exposure to programming or scripting languages (Python, C#, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn complex business processes
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelorโ€™s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Junior or Senior standing preferred.
