Job Summary: As the Managing Director of Aerospace and Defense delivery in the Supply Chain Consulting practice, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success and growth of the firm. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of consulting projects, ensuring they are executed with excellence and deliver maximum value to your clients. This position involves strategic leadership, client management, team development, and overall responsibility for the successful execution of projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and collaborating to develop innovative solutions.
  2. Project Delivery: Lead project teams in the successful delivery of supply chain consulting services, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  3. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the strategic vision for the Supply Chain Aerospace and Defense Consulting practice, driving growth and profitability.
  4. Team Management: Build and nurture a high-performing team of consultants, providing mentorship, coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  5. Business Development: Work closely with the business development team to identify opportunities for expanding our client base and growing revenue.
  6. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and consistency of project deliverables, methodologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  3. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a high-performance team.
