Deck sales refer to the process of selling outdoor decking materials and related products, such as wood, composite boards, railings, and accessories, to contractors, builders, and homeowners. Professionals in deck sales help customers choose the right materials for their projects, provide product information, and often coordinate delivery or installation services. The role may involve working for building supply companies, lumber yards, or specialty decking retailers, and requires knowledge of different decking materials, construction practices, and customer service skills.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a deck sales professional?
