A growing company in the decking and outdoor living industry is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader who understands residential construction, home improvement, or building products and enjoys helping representatives convert leads into satisfied customers.

The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth, improving sales processes, and strengthening relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, and referral partners. The right candidate will bring strong leadership ability, practical field experience, and a commitment to creating an excellent customer experience from the first consultation through project completion.

Success in this role requires visibility in the field, consistent follow-up, and the ability to balance sales urgency with quality workmanship. Qualifications

Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Supervisor, Team Lead, or Senior Sales Representative.
